Rocco il pizzaiolo
Rocco was born in Sicily, opened the first stall on the market on April 1, 2017. He traveled to Italy, in Naples, the homeland of Pizza, where he obtained the diploma of pizza chef, acquiring a fundamental training on how to prepare a good pasta for pizza, how to use a wood oven and in general how to make a real Italian pizza.
